The second edition of The Pride of the Vietnamese II is like the first in that the individuals profiled and the sectional organization remain the same. However, the second edition includes "Updates" on a number of the subjects, covering roughly from 1993 to 1996. Also the staff of The Pride of the Vietnamese has worked resolutely toward correcting the errors of the second volume.
