· Recruit and manage a minimum team of three full-time sales reps.
· Maintain a team quota per month.
· Provides product demos.
· Clearly and eloquently demonstrating the features.
· Manages leads through our territory assignment.
· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
· Obtains new POS system orders through lead capture, qualification, and closing.
· Evaluate customer’s business needs to identify the benefits that apply to each prospect.
· Plans and organizes daily work schedule to make contact with team and potential sales prospects.
· Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.

· Vietnamese speaking ability preferred
· Professional appearance upheld at all times
· Available to travel and work a variety of hours
· Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
· Capable of working within timelines and reaching goals
· Prior sales experience; experience in the point-of-sale business a plus
· Exceptional communication skills and eloquent in both speech and writing
